1. What happens after I place my order?
Once I have received your completed order form and payment, you will be emailed an order confirmation. You will also be notified by email of when your order ships. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. In most cases I send out all orders within a week of receiving them. Your items will be delivered in discreet packaging with the return address from "Luana International, Inc."

2. Can I place an order by mail?
To place an order, you must fill out an order form and then mail it to me with your payment. I am only accepting money orders and cashier's checks. No personal checks!

3. What if I'm not happy with what I bought and I want my money back?
Sorry, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

4. Can I buy something that's not listed in the store?
If there is a photo on the site that you like, but it is not offered for sale, email me for availability because I might be able to get a special print made for you! 8x10 prints which are not listed in my store are $25 each.

If you are interested in purchasing a specific pair of my shoes, panties, or stockings, just email me a photo or description of what you want. Stockings are $100 a pair. Shoes start at $250 a pair. Panties are $100 each.

5. Will you sign my item?
Yes, I can sign and personalize almost any item you buy from this site.

6. Can I send you an item to sign?
If you have a special item that you want me to autograph, you can mail it to me along with a SASE. I will send it back to you within a week of receiving it.
